Well I can finally say I have finished the video of our vacation in CT. I have to say this is a very time consuming project, once you get started on it there is so much things that can be done with it. I actually had fun making this one. Now the only thing left to do is to burn it to a dvd. I will do that this weekend. I have a long weekend, as Monday is a holiday. I have some much that I want to get done this weekend. Sunday we have a birthday party to go to, that should be fun. I still need to go shopping for that. I have started downloading the pictures from the cameras to my computer so that I can copy them on cds and download some into my yahoo photo account. Still have a few more to put on the computer. I have also started on a few ideas for our christmas card this year, this is going to be a tuff one this year, I have so may ideas that I want to do, but I just need to sit down and play around with the ideas that I have. I also have a few ideas for my Thanksgiving cards, that I send out. Sooooo much to do. My allergeries are kicking up too night. I need to go and take my medicine for it, but I am too lazy to go to the kitchen to get them. I have been getting some scrapbooking done also this week, I found this cool website with some free downloads of papers and fonts and even some embellishments. So I am sitting here looking at the ones that I like and thinking if what I have in mind will work. So I am going to close this for tonight and see if I can use any of what I found on this web site.

Well Ernesto is over Florida, and what a relieve it is. Its always hard on me, when I hear that there is a hurricane out there. I only hope and pray, that there won't be any damaging ones this year. We are okay here, in Orlando, we only got a little wind, and rain, in fact its still raining, which is okay by me as we need that. So it can rain as much as it wants. Well tonight I have been working on the family vacation Video, I have a few more minor adjustments and run through it one more time just to make sure, its okay, before I burn it to a DVD. That will be my project for tomorrw. I still have two more to do, maybe I'll get a chance to start one of them tomorrow. I also have been looking into some ideas for our Christmas card this year, I know your all thinking its too early. But for me, I change my mind and ideas so much, I need to get that rolling, as before you know it Christmas will be here. Its late and I am sleeping, so I think its time to turn in for the night. Hello, I am sorry for not updating sooner, but I have been busy with working on my Video projects, as my father-in-law was leaving and I wanted to get them done, I did managed to get two of them done, and I am still working on the one of our vacation in CT. So that one when I finish it I will have to mail to him. It seems like something should always be easy but I was having a problem deleting something from the video that I took, not that I know how to do it, the last one should be easy. I hope. As you might have heard or seen, we have a tropical storm out there and its headed for us. At least for now its a tropical storm, and not a hurricane. I rather have nothing, but I think I can deal with this one, all of these still make me very nervous, after having your roof riped off and hiding in a closet, I guess I will always have this fear for a little while longer. My father-in-law is in Miami until wednesday evening, he will fly out from there back to Peru. I am sitting hear thinking about whats been going on in the last few days, but I am really tired, and not thinking straight, so I think its time to sign off from hear and turn in for the night, I will keep you all posted on the status of the tropical strom, later. I had a post for tonight, but now can't think of any thing I want to blog about. So I will just post some pictures from our wine tasting on Sunday.

And so little time. I have finally got all the videos download to my computer, now I just have to edit them, and the graphics, pictures and the music, and any wording that I want to add to it, and I will be down, but I have three of them to do, and time is running out, so which one do I start first. lol I didn't get a chance to update yesterday, as we decided to go to a wine tasting, which we have never been too one, so this was different for us, but it was alot of fun. I took the camera and go some photos, of all this. I would like to do something like this again. We spent most of the day there, and with the heat, when we got back we were all so tired, that we took showers and a nap. Before you knew it, it was time to cook dinner and then finish up what I had started in the morning, which by the way I didn't get much of that done and had to finish it tonight. So now the to do list is all done, and time to make the other one for this week. I won't bore you all with that, lets just say that it's a long one. I really would like to start and plan the weeks menu out, so far I have Tuesdays and Wednesday planned, now for the rest of the week. Our weather today was cloudy and in the evening we go some thunder showers, which we need and still could use some more, we'll see what tomorrow will bring in the rain amount. Well I am going to close this for now, as I have a few things I would like to get done tonight. So may all the angels watch over you all tonight and tomorrow.

At last the new DV cable has arrived. At first it was giving me some problems, I called JVC and they tried to tell me that it was hooked up to the computer correctly, but it only fits in one way, so then I continued to tell them what it was doing and then they said that there was something wrong with the camcorder port, great I thought. So they had me reset the camera and after an hour try it again, and it worked. So I am not sure if there really is something wrong with the port, I will check with a JVC dealer later this week. At least I have want I wanted down loaded to my computer and now let the fun begin. I am finishing up those Saturday chores and later tonight I will continue to work on that project. So I must leave you for now, and go back to those uguly weekend chores. Will update more later tonight.

Good evening to you all. Well I called JVC and they sent the wrong cord. So there are sending out another one, which I have asked the to 2nd day it, as I have to get started on those projects. But for tonight I have done alot. I have downloaded a few pictures, copied some software to share with my newphew in Ct, Updated my IPOD with some more songs. And I have started a new resume, as its really slow at work, and I am not sure if I will have any hours the next week. So its time to find something else, and even more money, if I can find it. I have even started dinner for tomorrow. I have been using my slow cooker and the meat comes out so tender. Tonight we had beef ribs, rice and beans. Yummy Yummy. Tomorrow, we are having a spanish dish, and it is starting to smell really good, can't wait for tomorrow lol. This slow cooker is coming in handy considering I have had it for over 8 years, and have only used it maybe 6 times in that time. But this week it is getting a (cook out). HA HA I wanted to continure on working on the layout of my web page, but I think thats going to have to wait, as I have to get up early for work tomorrow. And I am finishing up a few more things that I have started and would like to get them in the mail in the morning. I will work on my page more this weeked, hopefully it will work, what I want to do, so keep checking for a new layout (I hope ) lol. Well the cord that I had ordered for my camcorder came to day, and you guessed it, its not the right one. It fits in the camcorder but not my computer. grrrrrr.....!!!! So tomorrow I have to call them and get them to send the right one. Well here goes another 3 days, hopefully it will come quicker than the one that came today. I have finally cleaned out the old files and updated for 2006, I know its almost over, but what can I say. Today I spent the day at work on the computer, as I was working in our business center, and not much to do there, but at least it was some hours. I was trying to come up with some new ideas for my page, but what I wanted, I couldn't get it to work, so I have to play more with later in the week. There is something about Orlando weather, we get no rain, lol, other towns today had rain, we got none. Tonight I have started to download the pictures from my memoray stick amd camera. Hopefully by tomrrow I can share some photos with you all of our vacation. But I am getting sleepy so I think I am going to turn in for tonight, so the rest of the download of photos will have to wait until tomorrow. Here is a picture of my Orchid that is blooming now. Well today is Sunday and we finally got some of those afternoon showers today. Although we could use some more. It stormed for about and hour today. Well my DV cable still hasn't arrived, and I was planning on working on that this weekend. But that didn't happen. Hopefully it will come tomorrow. Today I spent the day cleaning and the laundry. I really have alot of things that I need to get done with the pictures and videos, before Jose dad leaves. I will start that tomorrow, when I get home. As for other news of the week. They have started the renovation of the hotel where I work, so it is really slow there, and there a few guest staying there, and when September comes there will even be less than now. So my hours have been cut, and I have been picking up hours in other departments last week and this week, I am not sure what the week after that will be like. The last couple days the temps have been in the 100's I hate the heat. I miss the season changes. Again this week the temperatures will be in the 90's. I am going to close this for now, as its getting late and I have to get up early for work tomorrow, so I hope to see you all here again soon.

Our temperature here is unbearable. I hate this heat. I want the cooler weather we had in CT in the evenings. The couple of days the temperature here has been in the 100's and there has been no rain. And as far as I have heard no rain in the forecast. I have alot to do this weekend, I need to start and make the video of our vacation in CT, as my father-in-law is leaving at the end of the month. I will make those changes tomorrow, and arrange the pickup from the house to Miami airport. But I am having problems with the hotwire cable that downloads the program to my computer, it keeps losing connection with the computer, so I had to order the original one from JVC, as the one I had was a gerneric one. Hopefully it will come soon. I also want to down load all the photos that I took, plus the ones that I have saved on memory stick, that my Nephew took with his camera. I also still have to make the beach Video and the SeaWorld video, man I have alot to do before he leaves. Okay this blog is starting to make me tired just reading as I am typing what I have to do this weekend. I have update my yahoo photo album with some new albums from the fourth of July and a few photos from SeaWorld. If you want just clik the link on the right side that says photos. Hello and welcome back, just a short blog to let you all know that we have arrived back in Orlando save and sound. Our vacation is now over, and its time to get back in the work mode. Its was great to get away for a while and see the family in CT. The weather there was great although one day we had temps in the 100's the evenings was the best, even though there were alot of misquitos. We had a great time and I took alot of photos and videos, so that means I have alot of work to do with those. I will share some of the photos later in the week or on the weekend. I am going to close for now and will blog more later about our flight into Boston.
