Well tonight's dinner was Chicken Stir Fry, there is only a little left, but needless to say, that will be Jose's lunch tomorrow. So I had to go to the pantry and decided what tomorrows dinner will be, so I choose Spaghetti as I had some sauce left over that I had made on Saturday, so before it went bad, it was time to use it. I thought I would have some lefter overs, boy was I wrong oh well, as least the food is getting eaten. Well another day of laying the walls, tomorrow, they are going to open the existing roof, so that they can see the trusses, so that I can place the order for the new room. They will also remove the stucco, so my house is going to look awful for a while. In the morning I want to get those pictures before its all taken off and then get the after pictures, I also need to get the wall, today, I had some errands after work, and by the time I got home, it was time to fix dinner, then run to get some movies, and then take the dog for her walk, as the last couple of days she hasn't gotten to go, as I was working the business. As its been busy for that also. And now its dark, out, I know I have a camera that takes great pictures in the dark, but I want to get some day light pictures of it. So I must do that before I leave for work tomorrow, as for when I come home it will all be different and ready for the new pictures to be taken. Okay I know this is getting boring so I will close for tonight, and see you all here again soon.

Yesterday they delivered the the blocks. But due to the rain that we were getting they didn't start on the walls until today. So what was that saying the wall must come down, well mine is the walls must go up. They have two rows up so far, and they will return tomorrow to do some more, hopefully the weekend they will have the front up, so that they can put in the header for the window, and maybe the far side wall will be done. It is still hard to picture what this will look like, maybe once the wall are up a little more it will start looking like a room. Now it looks like a big patio slab. I have taken some more photos, but I am going to wait until there is more to the walls and then take them and then I will down load and put them here. I have started packing the stuff in my office, as that is going to open soon, and then a French Door is going where the window is now, and a new window will be made in the back wall. As for my dinner menus, for the week so far so good. I like having a planned menu, its seems to be working. I will try if for next week also. I could go on with more but I think its time to hit dream land, as the morning comes quick, and since lately I am not sleeping good,(I keep waking up in the night and then can't go back to sleep)so hopefully turning in a little earlier than I usually do, we'll see if that helps. Good Morning, and welcome to my little corner. Our weather today is so beautiful, I am going to finish up inside and then go out an enjoy the nice weather, as for tomorrows weather, its supposed to rain. I have decided to make a dinner menu for each day of the week, so that I don't have to think of what I want to fix. So tonight's dinner is baked Marinated Tequila Lime Pork, with oven Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil Potatoes, and Fresh Green Beans, with Olive Oil and bacon. Monday's: Spanish cooked Beef with Potatoes and Veggies. ( I am not sure what its called in English) Tuesdays: Tequila Lime Shrimp over Pasta, Salad on the Side. Wednesday: Chicken Stir Fry. Thursday: Leftovers of whats left of the weeks menus. Friday: Salmon and Roasted Potatoes, salad on the side. All sounds good, lets see if I stick to it. But at least I have it all planned. I still need to clean some more of my hard drive, as its still on the slow side. I will do that later tonight. Hello and welcome to Saturday. Just a note on the construction the concrete slab is poured and looks good. We have ordered the blocks, which they will be here on Monday, and then they start on the walls. I have downloaded the pictures of the last couple of days, Monday I will take my flash drive to work and print them out on the color printer, to add them to the photo album that I am working on for the construction. I am glad that the slab is done, as there is no more dirt in the front and we can use the front door again. Man I missed that front door. LOL. I have treated my self to a gift, and I can't wait till it comes in the mail. Click here and see what I have ordered.

I have a friend who has, this and raves about it. So I got a great deal on it and decided to order it. I can't wait till it comes. Today we had the "munchkin's" over and we washed the cars, and even got in a little scrappin. I rarely do paper layouts, but today thats what we worked on. Before this becomes a novel let m e attached the photos and get off here. I want to do some digital scrappin, with some of the designs that I worked on the today. I also have finished the new look. There were some things that I wanted to do, but couldn't get them to work, so that will be another day of playing.

Well if you seen my page early, it was different, I didn't like it, so here is what I have so far. I still have to put the correct header on it. Forgot to copy that on to my flash drive. Since I did this early in the morning. So the header will get added later to night. I still have a few more things to add to the new look. So please come back and check it out later tonight.

Well we are ready for the 2nf inspection, which we are having it done tomorrow, and then they will pour the slab. I have some pictures, to down load, but decided to change my page, which I don't like, but its late so I will leave it until tomorrow, and it will change again. Now that I found out how to change the image on the side, I have another scrapbook kit, that I will be using, so I guess you can say this one is a test. Well its late, so I need to turn in as I have work in the morning. See you!!!

I am sitting here cleaning up my hard drive, as my computer is getting very very slow. I have a-lot of memory on here, but there are a-lot of pictures and scrap booking stuff on here so its time to get rid of those, so as I am typing this I am copying them to cds. We are into day 7 of our construction, we had our first inspection on Monday, and we passed, they have now cemented the footers, and laid the first two rows of the footer. Tomorrow they will back fill it all in, and compact it, and then we are ready for the cement slab. Which he is pushing that for either Thursday or Friday. I have taken some more photos, which I haven't down loaded as of yet, If I get time I will do that later tonight. I am only into the 7th day of this construction, and I can not wait until its all done. There is so much dirt that gets tracked into the house. I know thats part of all thats going on, but its a pain. And I can't use the front door, as its blocked off. Now thats something I thought I would never miss. LOL. Our weather is starting to warm up again, I think it made it up to the 70's today. Although its still chilly in the evenings. But before we all know it will be hot and humid here and we'll be wishing it was cold. Well this is becoming a book, and I am still cleaning up the computer. So I will close for now.

Well its now into the 5th day of the construction. The footers are ready, and we've called for our footer inspection for tomorrow. And he is ordering the cement for the footers to be poured on Wednesday. So its moving along. I will be glad when this is all done. Well again our weather is on the cold side, in fact with the wind today, it made it fell colder than it was. Tonight will be another cold, one, they have freeze warnings out already, up until 9:00am tomorrow. I have brought in the flowers, to keep them warm. I know that a-lot of the folks up north are getting snow, and the cold weather, but I am not use to this cold weather. I know that it won't last long and we will soon be complaining that its to hot. So I'll take a little cold weather, as long as there is no snow with it. I have down loaded some pictures that were taken yesterday and to day. They are of the footers, and the inspection part of it. Tomorrow I am going to take my camera to work, so I can print out the photos of the construction to start my construction album. Well I am going to go for now, and take my shower, and then I have to hem Jose pants, and I want to do a couple of scrap pages tonight, and then I want to update my IPOD and updated the PDA, before turning in for the night. Okay so today was a cold day. In the morning I had Ice on my car, now for those who say it doesn't get cold in Florida, well guess again. It was weird to have frost on the cars. But it didn't stay long, although the temperature didn't get above 45 today, and its supposed to be cold for a couple of more days. The construction is moving along, and hopefully we will have the footers poured on Tuesday or Wednesday. I know for sure, I sure to miss using he front door. I have taken some more pictures off that is going on, as I as starting a scrapbook of all this construction mess. I will share some of those pictures tomorrow, as there will be more done tomorrow, with getting the footers ready so I will wait and share those also. So I had a lot planned for today, but needless to say I didn't get much of it done. However, I did finish the book I was ready, and finished a second one as well, I have started another one, although I am not sure about it, it is kinda of on the slow side, maybe its just the beginning, I will read some more of it and then decide. Well I could go on for hours, but I am cold, sitting her so I will close for now. So keep warm for those who are having some cold weather, like Florida.

Okay, I know I live in Florida, buts what's up with this weather. Its cold here and tomorrow supposed to be colder Like in the 30's. But thats okay, we don't get a-lot of cold weather so I guess a couple of days won't be that bad. I can wear some sweaters for a change. I hope that you all had a good week, as mine went by fast. I have so much that I need and want to get done, but there doesn't seem like there's enough time to get it all done. The to do list is getting longer by the minute. Well I am going to finish the book that I am reading, as I want to return in on Tuesday and get a couple of new ones from the Library. So its off to read. Oh I have included some photos of the construction that is beginning. I will keep you all posted on this as it comes along.

They have started on the new room. Today we have lost our side walk into the house, and the plants along the entry way. I have taken pictures of all this and will down load them tomorrow. Tomorrow they will finish tearing up the ceramic along the door and start with putting up the guides for the footers and relocate our sprinkler system pipes that are there. So I guess you can say its official now. The contractor is looking to have the cement for the footers next Wednesday, I sure hope so as I hate to look out and all I see if dirt and more dirt. Our weather is turning cold again, which is great, as It doesn't stay long here. And before we all know it it will be hot and humid here. I hope that you all had a great Valentine's Day. Well I am not sure what else o post, and besides its getting late and I have a couple of more chapters to finish in the book that I am reading. I am really enjoying this book, and I want to see how it is going to end, And besides its from the library and is new in three days, so I must finish it. There are a couple of others that I want to get from the library, hopefully they have it, well its time to go so may the angels watch over you all.

Boy I sure do hate my cable company. I have been trying to get them to relocate or cable line for two weeks now. Well today, they were supposed to come, and of course they never showed up. So I had to call them again, and had to explain all over again what I need them to do. So finally after all that, I have them scheduled again for Thursday. Oh what really makes me mad to day is that Jose called them in the morning to confirm the appointment, and was told yes they would be here to day. And when I called they said that today's work schedule was canceled. Funny how there is only two people and a dog lives here. I guess autumn canceled the appointment to day. Bad Dog. I have to talk to her about using the phone. LOL So lets see if the show up and do what they are supposed to do on Thursday. As for other news, well theres not much, our temperature is supposed to drop in the 30's on Friday, ohh thats cold. Well I don't really have much more to post about, pretty boring here. I will update you on the construction tomorrow, as they are starting to remove the side walk, and the entry way into the house, will be closed starting tomorrow. I'll get some photos, for the construction album that I am creating. Well have a good night.

Okay, I know, but this time I do have an excuse. I really do. Saturday, they started digging for the foundation for the new room at cut my cable line. So we had no cable or internet service. Which by the way sucked big time. So today, it they fixed in until tomorrow, when they come and redo the line because of the addition. Man what did I do before the internet, oh now I remember nothing. I did manage to scrap a couple of pages. So I will share they later in this blog. I hope that all had a great weekend. We enjoyed ours working outside, I also had Jose's niece and nephew over. Ms. Sabrina, is really getting into scarping, I have created a monster. lol I took her shopping where she bought some paper, and stencils. Sunday was Church and then Jose helped his cousin's wife plant some flowers, around their walk way. And then it was off to the house, to relax, before the work week began. Well we hope to have the construction start this week, at least the foundation will get ready for the cement to be ordered, I hope. Our weather stopped him today, as it rained most of the day, and I believe that tomorrow will be the same. Oh well. Well I am not felling well, as I think I am coming down with the cold or flu again, so its time for me to hit dream land. I will leave you with the layouts.

Wow where did this week go too. One day it was Monday and now its Friday. I sure do know that work, just flew by this week. I am glad, I took this position, as its a learning experience for me and I love what I am doing, I don't have to look for hours when its slow. So this week has been busy, with the groups that we have in house. I haven't done much this week on the computer. I really wanted to make some cards for Valentines day, but that didn't get done. So its store bought ones, which they are late in getting out. I have put them in the mail for tomorrow. Hope they make it before Valentines day. I hope to work on some of the stuff that I have planned to do this weekend. I have created the Church website, I still have some work to do on it, I want to meet with the Pastor, so get some in put from him, in what all they want to put on it. Once its all done I will link it to my page. Our weather has finally warmed up, the evenings are still chilly, but today it made it to the 70's. I kinda of like the cooler weather, but for here it doesn't stay long. Well I think I am going to close this for tonight, as I want to work on a couple of things, before 20 20 comes one. Well I know that its been a while since I last posted, but this past weekend had us out side from 7:30am till 5:00pm cutting down our palm tree, that had to come down, as it was in the way of the new room. Well hopefully soon the construction or should I say deconstruction will start soon. I still have my doubts in all this, but there is no turning back now, We also closed on the loan last Friday, money comes available tomorrow. I just don't want all the mess and hassle that is going to be involved. Oh well. I also wanted to thank everyone that called to make sure we were okay from the last tornado's that ripped through here last Friday, we are fine and some of area that got hit were about 30 minutes from where I live. My angel from above was watching over us. I pray that all who had damage gets relief fast, as I know what a hassle it all can be. I know I have alot more that I could blog about, but I need to go and take my shower, and I need to work on our church website, that I am way behind on. So I will leave with some photos of our Saturday adventure. The spot where the tree was looks so empty.

Okay, I know its been a while since my last post, but this week has just gotten away from me. Work has been hectic and busy. I have not been getting home until after 6:00pm. We have several large groups in house, which is keeping me quite busy. I haven't had much time to do any thing that I want to do, seems like once those chores are done, then its time to turn in, and then its the same for the next day and night. I was hoping to get some scraping done this week, but no such luck. May the week. Oh but then there is the Super Bowl this weekend. Gotta watch that right. Even though my team didn't make it (New England). At least they made to the finals. So this Sunday I am cheering for Chicago. Well I thought I had more to post about, but I can't think of much more to write about, and there is a magazine that I want to look at before turning in.
